what.
axiom art&dance is an experiment in community-building. in mathematics, an axiom is a founding principle known to be true, absent of necessary proofs. it is a statement that is considered both obvious and universal. at axiom art&dance, we seek to provide a space that, instead of ‘proving’ something new, taps into the power of that which is, in fact, universal: creativity. we seek to unify a preexisting community in omaha by providing a home for artists and dancers of all types. dance classes, gallery space, private studios, and more to come.
consider us your fun enablers.

who.
axiom art&dance is jen go and dustin hubel. jen and dustin are omaha natives who have lived in st. louis, missouri, and most recently, portland, oregon.
jen graduated from reed college in 2008 with a degree in psychology, which she is clearly putting to good use in starting an arts business. jen is 25 years old, and enjoys street art, electronic music, and oreo cookies.
dustin is 23. dustin is a juggler, a performer, an instructor, and a superhuman force of benevolence. dustin promptly quits any jobs he dislikes, and can survive in the desert for an entire week with only tasty bites, canned goods, and a tent.
axiom art&dance is also you… naturally. you live in omaha. you know there are talented people that exist in this city, and you wish there were more venues that brought them together on a regular basis. maybe you make art; maybe you’d just like it if there was art on your walls. maybe you wish you could take a hip hop class; maybe you’ve always wanted to learn to bellydance. you stay up too late. you laugh at inappropriate jokes. you’ll love us.
